Ordering
Orders should reach us at least 1 week before intended delivery, and can be made by email or SMS (see contact information).

To facilitate orders do include these details in your email or SMS:
- Name
- Mobile
- Details of Product
- Details of Customisation

Unfortunately, we generally do not sell baked goods on a per-piece basis. They're made to order, so there's a minimum order of 10 pieces per flavour for muffins and brownies, and 100g for cookies.

It doesn't hurt to ask for less, of course, and given whatever situation we're in, we'll try to accomodate your orders!

Delivery
All goods come in specially handmade boxes with the CRUMBS logo and design, courtesy of Hao.

Muffins and brownies may be frozen prior to delivery to preserve freshness, but this does not affect the taste nor the texture. We will thaw muffins a few hours before delivery so that they arrive soft and delicious.
